    Overview

    Gregory L. Finch is a partner in Bouhan Falligant LLP’s litigation group, focusing his practice primarily in transportation and logisticsmedical malpractice and professional liability, products liability, construction, business litigation, and general civil disputes. Greg is also a transportation group’s Emergency Response Team member, conducting on-scene accident investigations.

    Originally from Kentucky, Greg is a member of the State Bars of Georgia, Indiana, and Kentucky and is admitted to practice in each state’s state courts. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the Southern District of Indiana, and the Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia. Prior to joining the firm in January 2019, Greg practiced with a national civil defense firm in Kentucky. Greg has successfully represented local, regional, national, and international clients in matters involving transportation and logistics, medical and dental malpractice, long-term care, employment disputes, premises liability, products liability, Constitutional violations, business disputes, and personal injury. Greg has successfully briefed and argued summary judgment motions, motions to dismiss, motions for reconsideration, Daubert motions, motions to compel, and has handled countless other hearings before courts in Georgia, Indiana, and Kentucky. He has also successfully represented clients before State licensure boards, Medical Review Panels, at arbitration, and at trial.

    Finch graduated from Transylvania in Lexington, Kentucky, with a bachelor’s degree in writing, rhetoric, and communication with minors in political science and sociology. While at Transylvania, Greg was a varsity athlete in basketball and track and field, and a brother of the Theta Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau fraternity, serving as the Philanthropy Chair. Greg earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he served as Associate Notes Editor for the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law, successfully competed in national trial competition on the National Trial Team, and worked as a legal extern for the Legal Aid Society.

    A proud Eagle Scout and Kentucky Colonel, Greg enjoys coaching high school mock trial and engaging in the community in a variety of causes benefiting local organizations, families, children, and healthcare groups. Finch is a devout Kentucky Wildcats fan, enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family. Greg resides in Savannah with his wife Erika, a pediatric dentist, and their two children.
