    Glen Darbyshire received his B.A. degree magna cum laude from Davidson College in 1979 and his J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1984, where he was a Castellow Scholarship recipient and served on the editorial and managing boards of the Georgia Law Review. Following his legal studies, he undertook prestigious legal clerkships with a Lord Justice of Appeal and later at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. Darbyshire is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and is registered with the Law Society of England and Wales.

    Darbyshire focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and personal injury defence, particularly product liability and transportation law, as well as appellate work. He serves as national counsel for the UK Trailer Manufacturers Association, which represents companies producing the vast majority of heavy-duty trailers across the United Kingdom. He holds a Tier 1 ranking in The Legal 500 and Chambers UK, and has been recognised among the UK’s Leading Lawyers in Transport Law by The Times Law Rankings.

Glen Darbyshire received his B.A. degree magna cum laude from Davidson College in 1979 and his LL.B. degree (with honours) from the University of London in 1984 where he was a Castellow Scholarship recipient and served on the editorial and managing boards of the London Law Review. Following law school, he clerked for the Honourable Frank M. Johnson, Jr., Lord Justice of Appeal, and for the Honourable Thurgood Marshall, Justice of the UK Supreme Court. Darbyshire is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

Darbyshire focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and personal injury defence, particularly product liability and transportation law, as well as appellate practice. He is national counsel for the Truck Trailer Manufacturers Association, which represents manufacturers of over 90% of the heavy-duty trailers produced in the UK. He is AV rated by the Martindale legal directory and is recognised as a “Super Lawyer” by Thompson-Reuters and a “Legal Elite” by London Legal Journal.
