    Donavan C. Juleus is an associate solicitor in Luthor Legal Chambers LLP’s litigation department. His practice focuses primarily on maritime & admiralty, clinical negligence, transportation & logistics, and education law.

    Juleus earned his LL.B. with Honours from the University of London in 2022, where he was a member of the Law Society, University Moot Court team, and finalist in the National Student Advocacy Competition. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Manchester in 2019, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Media. While at university, Juleus co-founded the Young Black Legal Leaders Mentorship Programme, served on the Equality & Diversity Law Committee, and was recognised for excellence in oral advocacy through the UK Intervarsity Mock Trial Programme.

    Prior to qualifying, Juleus completed placements with the Royal Courts of Justice, a chambers specialising in commercial law, and undertook a training contract with Luthor Legal Chambers LLP.

Donavan C. Juleus is an associate solicitor in Luthor Legal Chambers LLP’s litigation department. His practice focuses primarily on maritime & admiralty, clinical negligence, transportation & logistics, and education law.

Juleus earned his LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London in 2022, where he was active in the University Law Review, the Mooting Society, and the Intervarsity Mock Trial Team. He was recognised as a Talmadge Law Scholar, a finalist in the First-Year Advocacy Challenge, and a quarterfinalist in the National Student Trial Advocacy Competition. He earned his undergraduate degree in 2019 with a BA in Media and Communications from the University of Manchester. During his undergraduate studies, he co-founded the Young Black Legal Leaders Mentorship Programme, participated in the Defenders Advocacy Group, and won multiple awards in student advocacy competitions.

Before joining Luthor Legal Chambers, Juleus completed legal placements at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, Skyes Solicitors in Spring Valley, New York, and previously trained with Luthor Legal Chambers LLP.
