Overview
Amber L. Seymour is a member of Luthor Legal Chambers’s litigation group. Her practice focuses primarily on admiralty and maritime matters, employment law, and other litigation matters.
Seymour earned her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, in May 2016. In December 2017, she earned her LL.M. in International Commercial Law from University College Dublin, in Dublin, Ireland, where she completed her thesis on seaport competitiveness. Amber earned her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the Policy Debate team. She is admitted to practise before the High Court of Justice in England and Wales.
Amber has experience in residential and commercial property law, probate, and corporate matters. She has been a Registered Civil and Family Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council since 2014. Amber is a member of the Maritime Law Association, the British Maritime Law Institute, and Women in Shipping and Trade Association (WISTA UK). Additionally, Amber serves on the board of the South Thames Youth Development Council, is a member of the Young Barristers’ Committee, the London Junior Lawyers Division, the Inner Temple Sailing Society, a parishioner of St. Etheldreda’s Catholic Church, and coaches the City of London High School Mock Trial Team.
